Reasons to Contact the Editorial Team

  • Report wrong clinic address, phone, hours, website or enrolment note.
  • Report a broken Health NZ, Ministry, Healthify, HDC or clinic link.
  • Suggest a safer explanation or clearer emergency guidance.
  • Report accessibility or mobile layout problems.
  • Submit privacy, copyright, DMCA, content reuse or legal requests.
  • Ask for correction of a public clinic detail.

What to Include in a Correction

  1. Page URL. Copy the exact page needing review.
  2. Problem detail. Explain what is wrong or outdated.
  3. Correct source. Include the clinic website, Healthpoint listing or official source where possible.
  4. Urgency level. Tell us if it affects phone, address, hours, emergency wording or patient safety.

For Clinics and Providers

Clinics can request updates to public details such as phone number, address, opening hours, website, appointment instructions and enrolment notes. We may verify updates against your official website or another public source before changing the page.

Privacy, Legal and Accessibility Requests

For privacy requests, write “Privacy Request.” For copyright or DMCA matters, write “Copyright Request.” For accessibility issues, include your device, browser and what was difficult to use. Do not include personal health records.

What We Cannot Do

We cannot diagnose symptoms, advise on your medical condition, book appointments, access clinic systems, change your medical record, prescribe medicines, answer urgent health questions or act as your healthcare provider. Use 111, Healthline or a healthcare professional.

Response Priorities

We prioritise issues that may mislead patients: wrong phone numbers, wrong addresses, closed clinics, outdated hours, unsafe emergency wording, broken official links and privacy/security concerns.

Send Website Corrections, Not Medical Questions

For urgent health questions, use 111, Healthline or your healthcare provider.
